Personal Training

Just starting out or taking the next step in your health & fitness journey? We have 2 Personal Trainers that can guide you every step of the way, covering Goal Setting, Exercise, Nutrition & Habit Changes & Challenges. We thrive on the Personal Approach & make each session completely specific to you & your goal. Sessions are run in our Brand New Fitness Centre or if you'd prefer we can come to your home!


How do I START? 

  • Complete a Personal Training Questionnaire

  • Book your Consultation

  • Talk to your Trainer about your goals

  • Decide how often would you like to train & book your PT

  • Let us help you!


Personal Consultation

  • If Questionaire isn't enough we will talk about your previous experience or not with exercise, your nutrition, your goals & expectations. We will go through everything that will help us to provide the best service for you.


Personal Training Sessions

  • Every 1h session will be designed to get you closer to your goal and to make it as enjoyable as possible. We will make sure that your training & technique is always correct & therefore taking the most out of every session!


PT Questionnaire 

  •  It's a short form which will help us to understand your goals and gain a little more information about you before we meet. We will discuss further when we meet in person.


Set Your Goal & Make a Plan

  • Whatever your goal is we want you to achieve it and we will do our best to help you, but to do it we have to be realistic with your time and aim. So let's see what we can do together!



  • You can mix your PT sessions with Group Sessions! You have a variety of Packages so you can decide what works best for you!
