What is ActiveCamp?
It's a FULL BODY workout for absolutely everyone. Designed in the form of CIRCUITS with alternative easier and harder version of each exercise. (Bodyweight & equipment used)
This form of training will make you fit, lean and toned. Each session is different and we mix all exercises so that you will get the most out of these sessions and will feel better right away. The encouragement, great music and motivation will help you to get the most out of each session. We will show you all exercises, moves and techniques to make every class safe for you. It does not matter what level of fitness you are starting from, we guarantee that it will improve!
